To link your Instagram account, it must be connected to a public Facebook Page. The Page doesn’t need to be active or have any posts, but it’s essential for integration.

Pages connect businesses and creators with their audience.
Profiles are personal and focus on individual information like interests or hometown.
One Instagram Account per Page:
A single Facebook Page can only be connected to one Instagram account. Avoid linking the same Page to multiple accounts.
Two Ways to Link Your Instagram Account to a Facebook Page
1. Link via Instagram
Open the Instagram App:
Launch Instagram on your mobile device.Go to Your Profile:
Tap your profile picture at the bottom right.
Edit Your Profile:
Click Edit Profile in your profile header.
Access Page Settings:
Under Profile Information, tap Page.
A pop-up will appear with two options:
Create Facebook Page
Connect Existing Page
Connect Your Page:
If you select Connect Existing Page, follow the prompts to link your Page.
Verify Connection:
Once linked, your Facebook Page’s name will appear under Profile Information in Instagram.
2. Link via Facebook
Open Facebook:
Log into your Facebook account.
Access Pages:
Click Pages in the left-hand navigation bar.
Select Your Page:
Choose the Page you want to link.
Go to Settings:
Scroll down and click Settings in the left-hand menu.
Navigate to Instagram:
In the settings menu, click on Instagram.
Connect Your Instagram Account:
Click Connect Account and log in to your Instagram account when prompted.
